Hélène Godec is the artistic director of the theater company L’Arpenteuse Géomètre. Hélène is an accomplished French actress whose various work has been seen on stage, film and TV. Theater credits include Advice to a Young Bride, Dialogues in Soliloquy, Les nuits de la colère, Au dessus des chiffons, Don Juan de Manara, Six personnages en quête d’auteur among many others. She has played several film roles and she has played leading and recurring roles in many popular French television series including Sections de Recherches and Paris Enquêtes Criminelles (French Law and Order). Helene also teaches theater at Fordham University where she recently directed L’amour médecin by Molière. Helene is a graduate from France’s top national theater school, L’ENSATT (L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Techniques du Théâtre) and from the Sorbonne University.
